Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a critical role in expanding the in-lite brand in North America. You’ll work closely with our distributors, dealers, and professionals in Canada and the U.S., building long-term partnerships and fostering relationships that thrive. Your entrepreneurial mindset and ability to identify opportunities will help us grow our network and strengthen in-lite’s position as a leading outdoor lighting brand.
What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving growth and building a strong foundation for in-lite’s success in North America. You’ll focus on developing new business opportunities while strengthening existing relationships with distributors, landscapers and other key stakeholders, always staying true to the values that define in-lite.
Your key responsibilities include:
Achieving the set sales budget for new and existing business in the region.
Managing regional key customers and national accounts.
Creating tailored sales plans and negotiate terms to close deals.
Identifies market trends, growth opportunities, and shares insights that influence the US strategic direction.
Strengthening relationships with existing distributors, dealers, and professionals to foster long-term success.
Hosting product training sessions and inspiration events to engage and empower our partners and professionals.
Working closely with the US sales team and coaching the US sales representatives.

What you bring to the table:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on long-term partnerships.
A proactive, hands-on attitude with the ability to spot and act on opportunities.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and engage others.
Affinity with design, lighting, landscaping, or related industries is a plus.
Willingness to travel frequently within Canada or the U.S.

Competitive salary between USD 70.000 and USD 110.000 gross annual salary, depending on experience and identified US region.
