At in-lite we are looking for a Video & Content Producer (Full-time) to join our team

THE ROLE
The Video & Content Producer leads the creation of video and photography content from concept to delivery, ensuring high-quality storytelling that aligns with the in-lite brand and marketing goals across all digital channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Plan, script, and storyboard video and photography content.
· Travelling to shoot professional videos and photos of outdoor lighting projects.
· Lead creative direction and content calendar to support digital campaigns, training content, branded assets, and promotions.
· Manage production logistics, including equipment, locations, and scheduling site visits with partners and staff.
· Filming, directing talent, and capturing footage of in-lite products in action.
· Staging the project space to support vision & content goals.
· Oversee editing, sound, and post-production of all creative assets to ensure polished final content.
· Collaborate with marketing & sales teams directly to maintain brand consistency globally.
WHAT YOU BRING
Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience in end-to-end video & photography production.
· Previous experience with filming outdoor living spaces is an asset.
· Expertise with handling camera equipment, lighting, and editing tools (Adobe Suite).
· Strong storytelling, directing, creative, and visual skills.
· Excellent project management and communication skills.
· Ability to travel (US & Canada locations).

· Timely, on-budget delivery of project assets.
· Creation of innovative & high-end content that engages audiences and strengthens in-lite’s brand positioning and growth across digital channels.
· Smooth collaboration across teams.
