ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Financial Assistant, you will proactively support the Finance department and contribute to the reliable processing of financial data. You will work in collaboration with and under the supervision of the Finance Manager.

Your responsibilities within the Finance department include:

  • Reviewing and processing invoices

  • Managing and maintaining the accounts receivable and accounts payable ledgers

  • Processing bank statements in the financial system

  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial summaries/reports

  • Preparing payment runs

  • Assisting with the preparation of tax returns

  • Performing other ad hoc tasks within the Finance department.

QUALIFICATION AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 3-year experience in a similar qualified role

  • Diploma or degree in accounting, finance or related filed

  • Strong communication skills
