Job Summary
As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of in-lite for the U.S. market. You’ll play a critical role in growing the brand by building strong, long-term relationships with our partners and customers. We’re looking for a proactive, enthusiastic team player who knows how to sell and, more importantly, how to foster partnerships that thrive over time.
What You’ll Do
As a Sales Representative, you’ll expand and strengthen our customer base while embodying the passion and professionalism that define in-lite. You’ll seamlessly balance growing new relationships with nurturing existing ones, always keeping our shared success at the forefront.
Your key responsibilities include:
Achieving the set sales budget for new and existing business in the region.
Building and maintaining long-term partnerships with new and existing distributors, dealers, and professionals in a dedicated region.
Creating tailored sales plans for key customers.
Hosting product training sessions and inspiration events to engage and empower our partners and professionals.
Close collaboration with business development managers and team US to achieve commercial goals and enhance in-lite's presence in the USA.

What you bring to the table:
Experience or passionate interest in a commercial role.
Strong communication skills and a talent for relationship management.
A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to spot and act on opportunities.
Affinity for outdoor lighting is a plus.
Willingness to travel within the identified region U.S.
